BOOYAKKA property

BOOYAKKA LTD and its licensors retain ownership of the software, source code, interface, Coach, Website Studio, themes, templates, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. Subscription access does not transfer ownership.

Customer content

Customers retain ownership of content they lawfully upload. They grant BOOYAKKA a limited licence to host, copy, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

Feedback

Customers may provide feedback. BOOYAKKA may use ideas and suggestions without restriction, provided this does not transfer ownership of the customer's confidential information or content.

Infringement reports

Reports should identify the protected work, disputed material, location, basis of the claim and contact details. We may remove or restrict material while investigating.
