Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that protect customers, users and the platform.

Prohibited use

You must not use BOOYAKKA to break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, distribute malware, attack systems, evade security, send unlawful spam, process unlawfully obtained personal information, promote violence or exploitation, or publish content that is illegal or creates a material risk of harm.

Platform protection

You must not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe or interfere with the service except where law permits or BOOYAKKA has given written permission. Usage must remain within plan limits and reasonable operational boundaries.

Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, restrict functionality, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or report matters where reasonably necessary. We will consider seriousness, urgency, context and the opportunity to remedy.
