Content Moderation Policy

How unlawful, unsafe or prohibited content may be handled.

Scope

This policy applies to public and private content hosted through BOOYAKKA, including websites, event listings, messages, images and uploaded files.

Action

We may restrict, remove or preserve content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, violates policy, infringes rights, threatens safety or exposes the service to material risk. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice.

Reports and review

Reports should identify the content, location and reason. We may ask for evidence. Customers may request review, but content may remain restricted while legal or safety concerns are assessed.
