Making a request

Contact the organisation that decides why and how the information is used. For BOOYAKKA account, billing, support or platform data, contact BOOYAKKA through the privacy route shown on this site. We may verify identity and clarify the scope before responding.

Organisation data

For member, attendee, ticket-buyer, subscriber or staff records entered by a customer organisation, that organisation will usually handle the request and may instruct BOOYAKKA to assist.

Complaints

Data-protection complaints will be acknowledged within 30 days, investigated and answered with the outcome and any action taken. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
